Gamification and engagement features

Garzoni uses points, badges, streaks, leaderboards, and missions as engagement mechanics. These features exclusively reward educational progress — for example completing courses, passing quizzes, and maintaining a learning streak. They do not reward, incentivise, or score simulated or real-world trading, speculation, or investment decisions. The Financial Conduct Authority has highlighted risks associated with game-like features in financial applications that may encourage behaviour contrary to users' financial interests. In compliance with that guidance, Garzoni's gamification layer is strictly limited to motivating learning and knowledge acquisition.

AI tutor and automated outputs

Garzoni's AI-powered tutor is designed to answer general educational questions about personal finance, budgeting, investing, and related topics. It does not and must not be taken to provide personalised financial advice, recommendations to buy or sell any specific asset, or any form of regulated financial guidance. Garzoni is responsible for the outputs generated by its AI tutor and has implemented technical safeguards to prevent the model from making specific investment recommendations. If the AI tutor ever appears to suggest a specific investment action, you should disregard it and consult a qualified, regulated financial adviser. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies and should always be verified independently before any financial decision is made.
