1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Garzoni, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

2. What Garzoni is (and is not)

Garzoni is a financial education and decision-support platform. Garzoni is not a financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, or fiduciary.

3. Eligibility and account security

You must be at least 18 years old to use Garzoni. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where we have reasonable grounds to believe the user is under 18, in compliance with the UK Online Safety Act and applicable children's safety regulations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Interfere with service availability or security controls.
• Reverse engineer or abuse platform features.

5. Educational content and user decisions

Content is provided for general educational purposes only and may be incomplete, simplified, delayed, or out of date. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and outcomes. In keeping with the FCA Consumer Duty, we design our educational content to support users in improving their financial knowledge and to avoid causing foreseeable financial harm. Nothing in the platform constitutes a personal recommendation or regulated financial advice.

5a. AI tutor and automated features

Garzoni includes an AI-powered chat tutor and related automated features. By using these features you acknowledge that:

• AI responses are for educational purposes only and do not constitute personalised financial advice.
• The AI tutor is not an authorised financial adviser and is not regulated by the FCA.
• You should not rely solely on AI outputs when making financial decisions.
• AI outputs may contain errors. Always verify information from authoritative sources before acting.
• AI tutor usage is subject to daily quotas depending on your subscription tier.

5b. Gamification and engagement features

Points, badges, streaks, leaderboards, missions, and coins are engagement mechanics intended solely to motivate educational progress. These features do not represent real-world financial value, are not redeemable for cash, and do not constitute financial instruments. They reward learning activity only and do not incentivise or score any investment or trading behaviour.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and payments

Paid plans, billing intervals, and included features are displayed on the subscriptions page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are given only where required by applicable law (for example UK Consumer Rights Act 2015).

7. Third-party services and links

Garzoni may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, availability, or practices.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, branding, and original content are owned by Garzoni or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal lawful use.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garzoni and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, investment gains, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garzoni from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, created security risk, or used the service unlawfully.

13. Changes to service and terms

We may update product features and these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer: in the UK, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related legislation; in the European Union and EEA, under the Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national laws.
